Overview
Chyameya Vamahyû Lû was founded durring the late 17th century in early winter of the year 1596, by Glêpîre. The establishment of Chyameya Vamahyû Lû was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Glêpîre electing to pay people to resettle in Chyameya Vamahyû Lû.
Chyameya Vamahyû Lû was built using the conventions of Rattu durring the late 17th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Chyameya Vamahyû Lû is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.
Chyameya Vamahyû Lû is buildings are arranged arround a network of restrictive cobblestone streets which form a grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The city is in posession of a finaly crafted dwarvern style fortified fighting wall, completer with lower, middle, and upper battlments for use in sloped-fire defence stratagies, murder holes, and statues which may or may not be constructs, and, of course, MERTICULATIONSshortsizename is one of the wealthiest and politicaly connected settlments in the world.. The Ragnarock-era relics has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.
A look around Chyameya Vamahyû Lû gives you an uneasy feeling. Everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or both. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Occasionally a passerby glances at you out of the corner of their eye, staring jsut long enough for it to be uncomfortable. People seem to be allowed to do as they please with little harmoney to anything. It feels less like a city, and more like a spot people just happened to place their homes.

Cultural Notes
There’s a relatively new religion in Chyameya Vamahyû Lû which is rapidly gaining power. It might be a sectarian offshoot of a major faith, the unique product of a new prophet, or an outside faith backed by wealthy and powerful foreign supporters. Depending on the demands made on believers, the new faith may be a matter of concern only to the existing clergy, or it might be a major flashpoint for conflict in the community.
Chyameya Vamahyû Lû's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is inspired by the natural world, characterized by sinuous, sculptural, organic shapes, arches, curving lines, and sensual ornamentation. Common motifs included stylized versions of leaves, flowers, vines, insects, animals, and other natural elements. Decorative elements found on the inside and outside of buildings include intricate mosaic work, curved windows, and decorative trim work. .

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century Chyameya Vamahyû Lû experienced an impossibly long, cold, and stormy winter unlike anything seen before. The worst of the disaster struck The storm coated everything in a thick layer of ice and freezing countless animals, plants, and people to death. Chyameya Vamahyû Lû lost 213 people, and 273 livestock in the disaster.. The disaster is remembered as the Hate Screams, after the sounds of the winds.
